Description
Recently painted in Cuprinol bluebell and cream/white paint, it's neat and tidy. No rot/damp. It is well used but is good quality and condition throughout, and won't need any painting/TLC.
It measures 210cm deep X 148cm wide and highest roof point 202cm/156cm lowest. Inside has an upstairs mezzanine level with set of attached ladders and ballustrade. Lots of place to play.
It has two windows (non-opening) and door all in good condition.
It is elevated slightly from the ground on concrete so flooring is perfect no damp.
We put carpets/rugs, soft furnishings inside, making it more cosy to play in.
It has been treated annually with wood preserve.
New felt and new roof, no leaks whatsoever.
As my daughter no longer plays in it we have been using it to store garden furnishings, lots of storage room.
