Location: This is a full-time role in our People Team. You’ll be based in our Support Office in Wandsworth with occasional time out in our restaurants around Central London.

About The Role
Your role will provide an indispensable support to multiple stakeholders across the People Team. You’ll play a key part in supporting the People Team to keep us running smoothly and efficiently.
More specifically, you’ll spend your time on all this:
•Recruitment support: you’ll be on hand to support the Recruitment Partner. Answering the phone to candidates and using our in-house Tracker (the “ATS”) to give them an immediate update on their progress, or confirming their next stage where necessary. You’ll keep track of our vacancy list and org charts to ensure the business knows about all of our exciting opportunities. You’ll be on hand to support with keep-warm calls for new starters and to ensure they’re invited to our induction session. When required you’ll also roll your sleeves up to support with keep-warm calls and interviews.
•People Administration – A host of small but critical activities that are required to keep the People Team running smoothly from supplying references, processing and responding to ad-hoc people queries such as Fourth administration, transfer and promotion letters along with escalating any concerns to the relevant member of the People Team. You’ll help make sure that our offer letters and contracts get sent out correctly and accurately and support the restaurants when they offer new roles. When new people join us, you’ll be responsible for ensuring their RTW documents are valid and loaded onto Fourth. You’ll produce regular RTW reports chasing up on individual queries, supporting the restaurants and completing ECS checks as necessary.
•Payroll & Benefits Support – you’ll be the main contact for any payroll, pensions and people benefits queries. You’ll support with administering benefits, including GR benefits, Childcare Vouchers, Cycle to Work and Private Health Insurance.
•Fourth Support – keeping Fourth, our HRIS, up to date, doing regular spot checks and audits and championing the integrity of the data in Fourth amongst our managers.
