Child Airplane Travel Harness - Cares Safety Restraint System.
The Only FAA Approved Child Flying Safety Device for children.
Used 2-3 times, so in as new condition.
Great for keeping small children safe (and in their seat!) during a flight. Generally asked not to use it for take off and landing despite the FAA approvals.
I'm not sure they would advertise this use, but we have also used it as a make-shift high chair - just add a normal belt to hold the bottom section around the back of a restaurant chair.
At least £90 new.
